The company has a standardized, dust-free, temperature-controlled, and ESD-protected Class 100,000 SMT production workshop, equipped with 8 fully automated SMT production lines, 2 DIP wave soldering lines, 3 selective wave soldering machines, and one assembly workshop. The company uses the Guanjiapo ERP industrial and trade management system, has introduced a customized MES management system and intelligent electronic component racks, and has established dedicated servers to achieve information-based management throughout the entire production process. Production information for materials and products can be traced for up to 18 months.
